Repair Service Labor Charges

SERVICE RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

  • $150 for the First Hour. Covers up to one hour travel time and the first hour on site, then $75 for each Additional Hour.
  • Add $50 to the first hour when traveling more than one hour to your home, or wherever the game or jukebox is located.
  • WHEN YOU CALL FOR SERVICE: PLEASE know the Name of the game or phonograph and manufacturer. Ex: Bally "Eight Ball" or Midway "Galaga" or Seeburg M100C or Wurlitzer 1015. It's also helpful to know what symptoms your game is having. "No Picture" No Sound but the game is playing. "Plays the record but no sound." This will help to ensure we have a service manual and schematics  applicable to your equipment, and in most cases, the parts needed to make the repairs in one visit. That can save us both time and money. If you don't have any prints or service books, please tell us and we'll order one if we don't have a shop copy on file.

Equipment We DO NOT REPAIR:

  • No Slot Machines
  • No Pachinko Games
  • No Gaming Consoles such as Nintendo™, Xbox™, Etc. 
  • Games used in a commercial environment. We only service new or used coin-operated machines that people have purchased for home use. Nothing in a commercial setting.
  • There are certian jukeboxes in which we can only offer limited service. Those are primarily Rock-ola and NSM. Some Wurlitzer and even some models of Seeburgs have become almost impossible or too costly to repair. Please have your Model number available when you call us for service so we can better assist you.

Although we are primarily a service based business, occasionally we have games for sale.
Ask about the equipment we have for sale. We offer a free 60-Day Warranty on parts and labor for every refurbished or  reconditioned machine that leaves the shop and stays within our service area.
